The one thing people who know Angela always comment on is her smile and her energy. Angela’s drive and determination propelled her through life and law school and it’s still evident today when she argues in court.
Angela McIlveen is a homegrown North Carolina girl. She grew up in Taylorsville, N.C. She graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, N.C. with a B.A. degree. She attended Case Law School and graduated with her J.D.
Angela lives in Gastonia, N.C. She is a partner at the McIlveen Family Law Firm. She focuses her practice in family law and handles cases in all areas of the law including divorce, child custody and support, alimony, domestic violence, adoption, separation, and equitable distribution. Angela handles cases in Gastonia, Charlotte, Concord, Monroe, and surrounding cities and counties.
She spent her childhood helping raise her brother and sister and was a child of divorce herself. It’s no surprise that Angela is a fighter in the courtroom. While Angela actually enjoys going to trial, she knows that most people don’t. She always works to resolve cases when they can be resolved favorably for her clients. And like Sean, Angela believes in telling you the truth about your case even if it isn’t what you want to hear. After all you aren’t paying for someone to tell you it’s all roses. You want someone that will listen to your situation, and educate you about the law so you can make the best decisions.
