I’ve always called Charlotte home since I was born and raised in North Carolina. It is rare that you find an actual native of Charlotte. My parents were together for 12 years then married when I was 11, then divorced at my age of 13. This transition was tough for me and my siblings due to each of us living in different households. I graduated from East Mecklenburg High School. I am currently enrolled in Central Piedmont Community College to obtain my Associates in Applied Science with aspirations of becoming a paralegal. Afterward, I aspire to obtain my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. In my spare time, I enjoy playing brain teasers, concerts, traveling for new destinations/food and good books. My life’s experiences have helped me gain perspective on the impacts of positive family and community influences even through difficult situations. This is what has motivated me to be a volunteer in my community and also is one of the driving forces that peaked my interest in working with McIlveen Family Law Firm.
