I was born and raised in Gastonia, North Carolina. I grew up with my parents and younger brother. I’m thankful we were always a close-knit family. My parents were and are my biggest supporters and always pushed me to be do everything to the best of my ability, and that is a trait I’ve carried with me into adulthood. I knew from a young age that I wanted to work in the legal field, so I went to Gaston College and in 2017 received my Associates in Paralegal Technology. As a legal assistant, it is my job to help the paralegal prepare your attorney for your case. That may include uploading documents into our system, keeping up with files, putting together binders, drafting pleadings, or filing pleadings at the courthouse. If you ever have any questions or concerns, I am more than happy to speak with you on the phone and make sure your attorney knows what is going on. When you retain with McIlveen, you not only get an amazing attorney, but also a group that cares about you and the outcome of your case. In my free time I want nothing more than to spend time with my husband and our multiple fur babies. On the weekend we can be found at the rodeo, a dirt track, or a bonfire with friends. When I’m not with my husband I want to stay at home cooking or baking, getting lost in a fantasy novel, or binge watching my shows.
